Yes — we hold same-day emergency NHS dentist slots across our London clinics for severe pain, swelling, trauma, abscesses or lost fillings. Urgent NHS treatment is charged at a single Band 1 fee of £27.90, even if it takes more than one visit.

Yes. Every London clinic is open Saturday from 9am to 3pm for routine and urgent NHS care, and we run late weekday appointments until 8pm Monday to Thursday.

NHS charges in England are £27.90 for Band 1 (check-ups, X-rays, urgent care, scale and polish when clinically needed), £76.60 for Band 2 (NHS fillings, root canal, extractions, gum treatment) and £332.10 for Band 3 (crowns, bridges, dentures). You pay one charge per course of treatment, at the highest band you need — so an NHS root canal in London is £76.60 in total, not per tooth.

Yes. NHS dental care is free for under 18s (or under 19 in full-time education). Our London clinics welcome children of all ages — from a first check-up to fluoride varnish, fissure sealants and NHS braces referrals when clinically eligible.

If your dentist decides scaling is clinically needed for your oral health, an NHS scale and polish is included in your Band 1 charge. Extensive gum treatment may fall into Band 2. Purely cosmetic polishing is available privately.
